4/14/23 Visited Chili's after attending the play Souvenir at Greenville Theater. Was so glad to find a restaurant open late on a Friday night. Our server Rabecca greeted us and seated us immediately. We had the Triple Dipper appetizer and the Frose' Strawberry Margarita. We followed that with the Mushroom Swiss Burger and the Brisket Quesadilla. All of our order was delicious and our server kept our drinks refilled and checked on us even though we were there at the end of the day. Looking forward to returning soon.

Love the food. Service was fast and when we arrived it was barley a wait time. Our server was extremely helpful and patient. My drink was definitely a 10/10. I'll definitely be coming back.

I’m sitting in the restaurant right now and it’s so good I decided to write a review while I’m sitting here. My steak was cooked perfectly. The manager is nice and our server, Ashton, didn’t miss a beat. Never an empty drink and we didn’t have to ask for anything, he anticipated all of our needs. the food was delicious. We came around 1:30 on Valentine’s Day. My partner had the bacon rancher burger and I had the sirloin steak.

From the moment we arrived, they greeted us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure we were seated quickly despite the busy atmosphere. Our server was very polite and attentive to us. We got our beverages and chips pretty rapidly. The chips were warm and salty just the way we like them. The shrimp tacos were very good. I would definitely recommend them. My wife had the shrimp fajitas which was a very generous and portion size. The atmosphere was an industrial decor which was refreshing. The restaurant was very easy to get in and out of.

Very good customer service. Good was hot and fresh. I enjoyed this guy that works there. I cannot remember his name but I will always remember how he made our experience be the best experience. He was nice open minded and funny.

I have not been to a Chili's in over a decade, and when I heard they had revamped their menu as well as making some operational changes. I decided to give them another try. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and service I received on the most recent visit. We started off with an appetizer of queso and chips, and with fresh, crisp, perfectly salted chips, it was a delicious starter. I ordered their new double bacon Ranch burger, and I'm ashamed to admit that my eyes were bigger than my stomach. As this was a monstrous burger with two giant beef patties, loaded with bacon and cheese, it was dripping with flavor all over the place. I made my way through 3/4 of it before I threw in the towel. Service was attentive and friendly. I look forward to a future visit, and you should, as well.

Great experience, tripple dippers are always good. This chillis is a updated version of the regular restaurants, no booths, more open, modern decor. It was very clean! But I prefer the comfy low light for a date night. Definitely just depends on your preference of atmosphere overall great experience.
